What do you do when...

...your son looks at you, out of the blue, with a quizzical worried look in his eyes, and asks, "Mamma, are you happy with me? Even though I am a naughty boy."
My eyes misted over, and I replied, "Yes, my son. I couldnt be more happy."

I'd be super relieved that my son cares about my feelings towards him. Cant go wrong with a kid like that.

Nat: I think it was just reassurance time that he was not going to be sent to boarding aka Ishaan Awasthi.

Preeti: Very very apt.

Jayshree, Choxbox, Rayshma: Yup. Cute. And the next moment, dropped his power ranger action figure into his glass of milk so he wouldnt have to drink it.

2bsmom: Oh that he does too! This was an offchance moment.

MM: Will locate and email. GIve me a couple of days. The list is over four years old.

Awwww.... but what prompted that question, I wonder?

nm, Swati: Yup. He's plays to the gallery.

Sur:You know sometimes I wonder where it comes from...and so spontaneously, it would seem like somebody writes scripts for him...

JLT: The thought that I was sad because he was refusing to drink his milk. At the obvious level.
